Blood Moon Eclipse -
A Grand Marker for Humanity’s Consciousness
In the early hours of Friday morning, North America, South American and the Western Hemisphere will witness an extraordinarily powerful Blood Moon, full lunar eclipse. Peaking just before 3 AM EDT, when the Earth’s shadow falls over the moon completely, the moon will appear to have a red glow.
This eclipse in Virgo with the Sun in Pisces is a wide open door, a portal for the influx of higher frequency light carrying light codes to wake up your dormant DNA and activate a connection between your physical bodies and your spiritual blueprint. It encourages a balance between your Virgo Earth based practical nature and the Pisces Spirit Soul mystical nature where we are being invited to grow. Essentially, we are being asked to merge the practical with the spiritual in our daily lives and acknowledge our Divine nature.
This Blood Moon Eclipse is like an eclipse on steroids. It is one of the most powerful lunations we have had in years and its effects will last for 6 or more months. This is the inaugural or initiation phase of a series of three Blood moons that will occur over the next year. The second Blood Moon eclipse will occur in 6 months in September and a final one in March 2026. These three special eclipses indicate that humanity is on an accelerated path of transformation as we begin this Friday night. The second will continue with activation followed by the final eclipse bringing integration and a new beginning.
Symbolically, the Moon portrays our intuitive feminine nature, highlighting our emotions. With the Earth casting a shadow putting the moon temporarily in darkness, we are called to look at our shadow aspects of what we are holding onto out of fear or habit that no longer serves our highest good. What are you being called to let go of? A job you are burnt out of, a relationship that has gone sour? Old outdated beliefs of unworthiness, abandonment, scarcity? A suscession of Blood Moon eclipses are associated with surges of change and leaps in consciousness. This eclipse offers you a window of awareness, to see what has been hidden.
Ways to navigate this upcoming Blood Moon eclipse include spending more time in nature, ground yourself by connecting with trees and observe flocks of bird returning from their migrations. These actions take you out of your mind and reconnect you with your Earth body. Create opportunities for stillness, journal, meditate, set intentions before sleep to remember lucid dreams and messages. Writing will anchor your thoughts into form. Create a simple ritual for yourself by lighting a candle when you are giving yourself time to reflect. Offer up old energy to be carried away and transmuted. Set new intentions and envision yourself filled with the new light codes showering Earth. Be an anchor for this new light. Hold your frequency in the presence of others who are being reactive. Much can be conveyed in silence. Stay in your heart. Continue to consciously attend to your day and be mindful in your actions and words.
