Join Alejandro Fuentes and Anne Bentzen for their monthly sound bath offering being held usually the first Friday of each month.  Sound Healer, Alejandro Fuentes and Anne Bentzen, Jikiden Reiki Shihan offer monthly you a  meditative healing experience with sound and Reiki. Enjoy mixed percussion sounds including the Australian Aborigenese didgeridoo, flutes, drumming and singing bowls while being guided to let your body release. Receiving Reiki will facilitate healing and allow your body to open to the sound frequencies restoring balance and inner harmony. Experience lying down or seated, your choice.

Cost: $40    Capacity: 12 for Yoga mats; 2 Zero gravity chairs

Materials provided:  Yoga mats, cushions, blankets, backjack chairs. Bring your own pillow.
