Designed by 6 experts, it offers you a multi-faceted path for rebalancing, deep healing, and soul-nourishing experiences that will enhance your quality of life. The day is carefully curated to guide you from stress and strain to release and restoration through six practices that nurture the head, heart, and spirit:
Each offering will support the gentle release of unwanted habits, self-criticism, and other stressors, creating space for vitality and a grounded sense of peace. Blending knowledge with hands-on experience, you will engage all your senses to explore what you need to live more authentically, all while in a safe, supportive community of just 20 female participants. A healthy, delicious lunch and beverages are included.
