Introduction to Dragon’s Way Qigong with Beth Anesi

Realize your “new year” wishes for good health in an unexpected and dynamic way.  Join certified Dragon’s Way qigong instructor, Beth Anesi, for a taste of Dragon’s Way Qigong®. We’ll combine conversation about what total health might look and feel like to you, with 4 introductory Qigong movements to help you achieve your vision.

Dragon’s Way Qigong® is a 6 week program rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).  In this program you’ll begin to recall your “listening to your body” skills and how to use these messages to rebalance your body, mind, and spirit.  It’s a whole body reset. We’ll meet in person (or online as indicated) once a week for 6 weeks.  Our 6 weeks together will include 10 Wu Ming Qigong movements, instructional materials including an introduction to the Five Element Consciousness Framework, and a flexible and fully customizable “Eating for Healing” plan. Herbal supplements for greater support are also available.
