HEALTH
begins with your thoughts.

Your emotional health underlies your physical health. Our physical body holds memory through our DNA of all our experiences. We are responsible for releasing the residual emotional traumas of our life which have occurred at any age in order to free our mental and physical bodies from unnecessary suffering. Suffering is a choice we make when we are unwilling to let go of anger, continue to blame others and have not forgiven others or ourselves for unfortunate situations. As they say. “Pain is a part of life, but suffering is optional.”

As cell biologist Bruce Lipton, PhD., and Neuro-linguistic trainer, Isabelle Benarus, have so aptly explained in their best selling books, we are our biology and our emotional well-being underlies our health.  We have absorbed a lifetime of programming from our childhood through our parents, teachers, mentors, etc. who have shaped our decisions and our thinking about who we are, the world we live in and how we imagine the world sees us.  Our thoughts which having been colored by years of programming are now the reality we experience, if we allow it. Our thoughts and our emotions underlie our physical health and well-being.  AND, we have the power to change our thoughts!!!

As gratitude opens our hearts, the circulation of fresh oxygenated blood and life force energy compose a river of life that brings vitality to our physical body. Stress underlies all disease. We can alleviate the harmful effects of stress and years of low-vibrational programming on our health in a variety of ways.

Multiple tools are available to reduce both acute and chronic stress. From breathwork to meditation, Reiki, exercise, yoga, dancing, laughter, being in nature, journaling our thoughts, listening to calming music, using BEMER for passive vascular care or BACH flower essences we have the ability to  change our inner reality. As we reset our nervous systems with healing tools and positive vibrational choices, our outer world becomes a reflection of the harmony of our inner landscape.

The Serenity Prayer should be a part of everyone’s life, not just those in AA.  Everyone needs to learn to discern what we can change and what things in our life are beyond our capacity to change.  This wisdom allows us to let go of what we cannot control and end a lot of needless suffering. We cannot “Fix” anyone else.  But by changing ourselves from within we will affect change in many others by broadcasting the new vibrational frequency that we have become. Our conscious discernment is essential for creating healthy boundaries and avoiding unnecessary absorbance of toxicity from the environment or relationships with others or the world.

Love yourself enough to:  Breathe. Settle down. Hold your inner child (the most innocent part of you) with loving grace. Focus on what is available, what is possible and hold gratitude for all the blessings in your life.
