November energies are bringing an energetic storm to a peak as the mid-term elections approach next Tuesday. The heightened energy has been growing for a long time and the lunar eclipse occurring on the 8th adds extra fuel to the clash between old and new paradigm thinking. Eclipses are a harbinger for permanent change. This election is probably one of most important midterm election our country has ever faced because of how the potential outcome will affect the direction of our nation. Many ads are misleading or creating fear. Many Americans feel overwhelmed from the toxicity of the news these days. People are either insulating themselves against the current energies or shedding the accumulated clutter of old outdated energy.
How are you navigating through this energy storm?
Creating healthy boundaries are essential to sustain good physical health and well-being. We create boundaries with self-nurturing choices we make to protect our well-being. This may be deciding to spend more time in nature, avoid hanging out with certain people that bring more discomfort than ease, turning off the news after catching the headlines. Body movement with yoga, Pilates, aerobic exercise, walking, running, etc. always moves energy and grounds you. Whatever you like to do, make a commitment to get outside daily and make exercise a regular part of your weekly wellness routine.
Do you realize your choices direct energy?
The most important change occurring now is that more people are waking up to the fact that they are not the victims of circumstance who live at the effect of the Universe. Rather, we are discovering that we are responsible for our own personal journey. In fact, we are now remembering that we energy beings having a human experience. Our thoughts, feelings, words and actions are all energy that we project out to the Universe. In return, the Universe responds like a mirror to reflect to us in our physical reality the energy we have broadcast. The choices we make direct energy either through loving or fear-based thought forms, words, feelings or actions. What show up in our reality is the result of our energy.
You have the power and the freedom to create a new reality.
Navigating the powerful waves of energy in our current reality can be accomplished by choosing thoughts and directing our focus towards what we want to create. The challenge is to stay focused and not be thrown off-balance. No one can think a thought for you. You have the power to say to yourself, “I don’t agree with this statement/person.” Or, “I don’t like how this person/news/situation makes me feel.” When we become depressed or anxious, we must recognize that we have the power to change our focus from what is going wrong or doesn’t feel good to what is going right, positive or brings a smile to our faces. When you change your perspective, you redirect your energy. You broadcast a new frequency through your energy field that the Universe then responds to. You are the creator of your reality as you direct your choices. This is your free will. It’s time to follow your joy.
Break free from judgment and polarity.
Finally, consider that judgment is a strategy that keeps us in separation, competition and polarized in a “us” vs. “them” mentality which is how humanity has been living for thousands of years. A new, higher vibrational frequency is growing that embraces unity. When we are able to view each other without judgment but with compassion everything changes. When we rise above polarity there is no right or wrong. Everything is vibrational as people are evolving on their own soul journeys. All roads lead to the top of the mountain. Some are just longer than others. That is their choice. It doesn’t have to be yours!
We are the ones we have been waiting for.
Be a part of change next week. Voting is a choice. Cast your vote not out of fear but from love for a candidate that most represents truth and integrity for you who is aligned with the future you would like to see.
A changing of the guard in leadership will be occurring over the next several years. The average age of the 117th Congress is 59 years old and the median is 60 years old. This is much higher than the median age of 38 years in the United States in 2019, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. The average age of the Senate is 63 years. The average age of the House of Representatives is a bit younger at 58 years. (How old is Congress?)
Hold a vision for a future that is better than today.
Change is always uncomfortable but it can lead to something much better. The future holds infinite potentials that should not be dictated by past history. We actually begin writing the future in the present moment with the choices we make now.
Kindness, laughter and smiles are contagious! Pass it on.
Do your best to hold your highest frequency for the remainder of 2022 as you make choices. Practice kindness, compassion and be loving to yourself and others. Your soul-self volunteered to be here at this pivotal moment in Earth’s history. There is tremendous support in the cosmos for the light of truth to shine brightly, expunge all shadows and create a new, more unifying chapter for humanity.
Have a beautiful month. Be in gratitude for all your blessings.
